I give practical career advice based on my experience. Employers make hiring decisions, so I can’t promise interviews, offers, or any particular result. You decide what to use, what to change, and what to send.

Each service page says what’s included and what it costs. Resume Fix and Resume Fix Plus are paid through Stripe at checkout. Paid sessions are booked and paid through Cal.com.

• Resume Fix: your first draft arrives within 5 business days of your intake form.
• Resume Fix Plus: your first draft arrives within 3 business days of our call.
• Resume Fix and Resume Fix Plus both include two rounds of revisions, to use within 30 days of your first draft.
• Mid-Career Pivot Package: everything is used within 60 days.
• Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Toolkits are digital downloads, sold and delivered through Payhip. They’re for your own use: please don’t resell, redistribute, or share the files. Like the rest of my work, they offer guidance, not a guarantee of interviews, offers, or any particular result.

• Resume Fix and Resume Fix Plus: a full refund if you haven’t submitted your intake form yet. Once I’ve started work, there are no refunds, but you get two rounds of revisions to get it right.
• Unstuck Strategy Session: a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Later cancellations and missed sessions aren’t refunded.
• Mid-Career Pivot Package: a full refund if you cancel before I start work. After that there are no refunds, and sessions not used within 60 days expire.
• Toolkits: if a download doesn’t work or something’s wrong with the files, email me and I’ll fix it.

You keep ownership of your resume and anything else you send. By sending it, you confirm the information is accurate and yours to share. For an AI-enhanced headshot, the photos must be of you, and you give the permission described on the intake form.

Once you’ve paid, the resume, cover letter, LinkedIn text, and headshot I make for you are yours to use however you like. How I handle your materials is in the privacy policy.

The free tools are offered as they are, at no cost. Their results are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong, so treat them as a starting point and use your own judgment. Please don’t paste in other people’s personal information. I may change or retire a tool at any time.

Career Intel, the guides, and the rest of the writing on this site are mine. You’re welcome to share links and short quotes with credit. Please ask before republishing a whole issue or guide.

What I write is general information, not legal, financial, or immigration advice. Links to other sites are there because I found them useful; I don’t control those sites.

Talks, workshops, and training for organizations are arranged directly with me, and each one is covered by the agreement we make for it.

As far as the law allows, I’m not responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed opportunity, that come from using the site, the tools, or my advice. For any paid service, my total responsibility is limited to what you paid for it.

If I change these terms, I’ll update this page and the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of New York State.
