- Do you write the resume, or do I?
- I do the writing. You give me your current resume and a few answers about where you're headed, and I rebuild it from there.
- What do I get at the end?
- A finished, fully formatted resume that's ready to send. I send drafts as a Word document so changes are easy, and once you're happy with it, you get the final version in both Word and PDF.
- Will my resume sound like AI wrote it?
- No. I use AI for the precise, mechanical parts, like making sure the right keywords are there for applicant tracking systems. The judgment about what makes a recruiter keep reading comes from me, and the result should sound like you.
- What if I don't have a specific job posting yet?
- Start anyway. I'll write a strong master resume for the kind of role you're aiming for, which you can tailor later. If you do have a posting in mind, the job targeting add-on shapes the resume around it.
- Do we need to talk?
- No, the Resume Fix is fully online. If you'd like a working session where we dig into your experience together, choose the Resume Fix Plus.
- How do revisions work?
- Reply to your draft with what you'd like changed, and I'll revise it. You get two rounds, to use within 30 days of your first draft.
- What if I change my mind?
- If you haven't submitted your intake form yet, I'll refund you in full. Once I've started work there are no refunds, but you get two rounds of revisions to get it right. If something isn't right, email me and I'll make it right.
